Back to the main story, The Forsaken Entry 15

We have a special journal entry today! This here was written by my lovely fiancée Crystal. ^_^

The Forsaken Entry #15
(Guest entry by Crystal)

Tomio watched the purple spectre slowly close the white double door leading to the alley. Turning around, the apparition passed the plain white hallway before landing on the faded orange carpet, sighing heavily.

"What was that thing you did back there?" Tomio asked.

"Hypnosis attack."

"How long does it work for?"

The red fangs grinned evilly. "When it hits, around fifteen minutes."

"So?" Tomio questioned, tilting his head to the side. "What do you say?"

"Hypnosis? You can't learn it."

Tomio arched his back and growled. "I can learn anything I want! Teach me Hypnosis!"

"It's a matter of science, not principle." The spectre snapped, his ethereal shape flickering with irritation. "You're a Umbreon, and you just can't learn it."

"Oh." Tomio sat back down and thought a bit. "Can you try anyway? I'm a fast learner."

"It's not going to work, kid. Wasted time."

Tomio growled, "You never know unless you try!" He grimaced visibly, as if the next word was poisonous. "Please."

Levitating again, the Haunter paced side to side. "Heh, I like the fire in your eyes. Alright, don't see it working, but we'll try."

Tomio's eyes danced with excitement. "Let's start training, then!"

The Forsaken Valentines Entry 6 (final)

The Forsaken Valentines Entry #6

Poking her head through a white door, Suishou saw Tomio pacing around a delicately wrapped box with hearts and light red diagonal stripes going across.

"Tomio?" Suishou called out curiously. "Can I come in?"

Quick as a flash, Tomio covered the box with a blue blanket, before going to the door and welcoming her in.

"Do you have something for me?" Suishou Slyly smiled, eyeing the blanket.

"Its not much.." speaking quietly, he led her to the blanket, pulling it off slowly. "But i hope that you like it."

Smiling warmly, Suishou nuzzled Tomio. "You shouldn't have."

Tenderly removing the red bow, she gently removed its wrapping; revealing a light pink box with an elaborate looking silver heart shaped necklace, adorned with a red gem in the centre.

"Tomio.." Suishou's softly spoke in quiet awe. "You really shouldn't have, I didn't even get you anything..."

"You're wrong." Tomio smiled warmly, nuzzling her. "You give me the gift of your love every day; this gift doesn't compare to that."

"Shall I try it on?" she smiled as she lowered her head.

Picking up its delicate chain, Tomio placed it over her head, she looked down at it, smiling at Tomio's gift warmly.

"Come here you." Suishou tugged Tomio by his ribbon closer to her, wrapping her tail around his back, nuzzling gently against his cheek.

Just then, Tomio looked out the window, seeing the sun was starting to cast a red glow over the roofs and casting a final sun spot on the floor.

"Wanna watch?" Tomio smiled as he walked to the spot, holding the blanket enticingly open.

Suishou coyly slipped under the blanket, nuzzling against Tomio, feeling his warmth against her own, wrapping her twin tails around his own. Tomio nudged her gently, rolling her on her back.

"I love you Tomio." She lovingly gazed into his eyes over her. "I truly do..."

Leaning in close to her, he placed a tender kiss on her lips as he laid next to her as the day ended...

The Forsaken Valentines Entry 5

The Forsaken Valentines Entry #5

Staring to slip behind a high-rise building, the sun hide from immediate view, starting to turn the sky orange as Tomio and Suishou nuzzled gently together on the steps behind an Italian restaurant.

"We should head back soon..." Tomio sighed sadly.

"We don't want the others to worry about us." hesitantly, Suishou picked herself up and started down the alley.

No words were needed; both were just watching the start of the sunset, sighing contently as they made their way back to the apartment, just enjoying one of the few moments they had together.

"You're late." came the dry response from the shadows in the doorway.

"Sorry." Suishou beamed brightly. "We got... distracted."

Scowling, the grey cat stepped out the shadows, raising a paw in invitation, leading the two inside, he quickly made his way to a room much like the others, except for a Delcatty inside.

"Suishou." Lucian calmly started. "You didn't speak to Angelina yet, did you?"

"I'm afraid not." Suishou looked to her with interest. "I'm Suishou Masahiro, and this is-" Suishou gestured to Tomio, who was walking out the room.

"I'm not in the mood for this." Tomio sighed as he made his way down the hall. "Come by when you finished."

Watching him walk off, Suishou sighed as Angelina started to groom her paw.

"So much for modern gentlemen." Lucian admonished.

"So, you're Suishou." eyeing her, Angelina walked full circle around her. "I'm Angelina, as you already know, but I'll keep my surname secret for now."

"Thats a pretty name." Suishou smiled warmly.

"Oh?" Angelina superiorly lifted her nose to Suishou. "has it enhanced my already dazzling features?"

"You'll get nothing else from her." Lucian cricked his neck, watching their growing annoyance with the other. "You should see what Tomio wants."

Nodding, Suishou walked calmly out the door, just as Angelina scowled at Lucian, slamming the door after Suishou was out of earshot...

The Forsaken Valentines entry 4

The Forsaken Valentines Entry #4

Delicious odours wafted gently on the breeze through a back alley, carrying rich scents of beef, chilli, and freshly baked bread that made the mouths of two Pokémon sitting in the alley water.

"That smells good..." Suishou inhaled deeply, "think he'll give us some?"

"I hope he will..." Tomio inhaled as the door swung open, revealing a large man with a thick moustache.

"What do we have here?" The man looked to the two sweetly. "Are you hungry, piccolo ones?"

The two immediately wrapped themselves around his legs, looking pleadingly into his eyes.

"Okie-dokie!" The man smiled warmly. "Luigi here will bring you two a special meal!"

The two watched the man return to the kitchen with gusto, returning not even two minutes later, singing merrily, carrying two plates of spaghetti with meatballs, and still steaming heart shaped poffins.

"I wish you two a happy Valentines!" Luigi beamed brightly, walking backwards to the kitchen. "Be sure to tell your friends to try Luigi's!"

Watching him return through the door, Suishou smiled at him warmly. "We're lucky he was so nice."

Tomio nodded in reply. "I heard this was a good place for strays, but I never imagined he was so nice."

"Want to start?" Suishou smiled, gingerly biting a meatball. "Mmm! This is good!"

Taking a bite of his own, Tomio nodded in agreement, and soon, they were both wolfing down their food, splashing sauce and meat fragments everywhere until only a few stray noodles were left.

"..I guess it was a little too good..." Suishou giggled, seeing sauce all over Tomio's cheeks and lips.

"Not a neat eater yourself." Tomio chuckled, leaning closer to Suishou, lapping away the sauce on her cheeks.

"But wait, you need to be clean too." She smiled, licking away at his own sauce.

Once both were cleaned, they looked deeply into each other's eyes, nuzzling gently as they looked down the alley; seeing the sun start to slink behind a building...

The Forsaken Valentines Entry 3

The Forsaken Valentines Entry #3

Passing through brightly lit street, every shop had luminous reds, and all of them had red hearts and festive goods for Valentines. Suishou looked to the signs, reading them as her soft paws patted quietly over the pavement.

"What do you want to eat Tomio?" Suishou absent mindedly started, passing by a shop offering a 'Love curry' with heart shaped naan bread. "I don't really like Indian..."

Pausing, she looked behind her, only seeing a few people coming out of a chocolate shop.

Dread starting to overwhelm her, she started to rush down the way she came, charging into someone coming out of a shop, toppling both of them over.

A familiar voice scowled as an Umbreon wearing a yellow ribbon got up, growling slightly before stopping in a heartbeat as he saw her. "...Suishou. Were you worried?"

"Worried!" Suishou huffed as she batted Tomio across the shoulder. "I was terrified something happened to you and whats-"

Suishou's mood changed instantly as she saw the bag on his shoulder; covered with hearts with an almost silent clink, and imagining why he disappeared.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to lose my temper..." She pleadingly looked into his caring eyes.

"Its fine." Tomio smiled as he started down the road. "I would be worried if something were to happen to you."

Blushing slightly, she wrapped her tail around his, purring warmly. "What do you want to eat Tomio?"

Tomio looked to her with the faintest hint of a grin, before rushing down a back alley, trying to follow him, she darted and swirled around people and carts, before finding Tomio perched outside the back door to a shop that smelt heavily of garlic.

"What's here?" Suishou sniffed curiously.

"I hope you like Italian." Tomio looked to her as he nuzzled her neck.

She smiled back at Tomio, sitting next to him, as they could hear a man with a thick Italian accent sing as delicious odours and hot steam wafting through the screen door...

The Forsaken Valentines Entry 2

The Forsaken Valentines Entry #2

Suishou's head craned around the shadows of the doorway as they passed through; looking at his black fur and golden markings, before he turned, watching her with his brown eyes as they went down the steps to the alley.

"What is it?" Tomio tilted his head slightly.

"I was just wondering what you had planned." She replied with a smile.

"Aha." Tomio went around a pot hole, keeping his tail near her's. "That would be telling."

"Tell me plz?" Suishou pulled a mock hurt face, "I wanna know..."

Tomio grinned slightly as they walked down the alley, Suishou barraging him with questions until the two reached a brightly lit street; every building had luminous reds and greens, but all of them had red hearts and festive goods for Valentines Day.

"Any ideas yet dear?" Tomio smiled warmly, glancing quickly to his pouch hidden under his ribbon.

"I don't want you to spoil it." Taking several steps around, Suishou hummed pleasantly before facing Tomio. "Lead the way for the first part of your 'plan'."

"For now..." Tomio gestured for her to walk in front of him. "let's just walk around and see what takes our fancy."

Leading the way, Suishou peered through the window of every shop, before stopping suddenly as she saw something on display.

"Find something?" Tomio peered through the window, seeing bright silver and sparking gems placed carefully in the display.

"This one looks so nice..." Suishou muttered quietly, 'pointing' to a small silver heart shaped necklace with a red gem like her own encrusted in the centre.

"That one is nice, but we don’t exactly have money..." Tomio sighed sadly.

"Its okay, I was just window shopping." Suishou nuzzled gently against him. "Want to get something to eat?"

Tomio nodded in agreement, and she walked ahead, Tomio looked to the price tag, and then to his pouch hidden under his ribbon, before pushing the door to the shop open...

The Forsaken Valentines Entry 1

The Forsaken Valentines Entry #1

A small, slightly ripped pink paper heart was tossed around in the street; dipping in and out of pot holes and swirling to avoid cars rushing by, before wafting up and slipping through a small hole in a cracked window.

Perched at the top of a staircase, Tomio scowled as he watched Lucian nuzzle warmly against a tan cat with purple pointed protrusions and a purple downy fluff collar.

"Just look at them..." Tomio glared bitterly at the two. "I thought he was 'too busy' to have time for petty affections."

"I think its cute." Suishou poked her head around and saw Lucian enticingly hold a poffin between his teeth. "Lucian found wuv."

"How did he get her anyway?" Tomio expertly hopped to the window still, catching a small paper heart that blew in through the window.

"For me no doubt?" Suishou smirked slightly. "What shall we do for Valentines?"

Tomio froze in a moment of terror.

Glancing around, Tomio saw a nearby bakery had a Valentines display. "Let's go out to the town and have a day we won't forget."

"I'd like that." smiling, Suishou wrapped her twin tails around Tomio, nuzzling his cheeks. "I'll get ready dear."

Tomio sighed contently, watching Suishou walk into a room, her red gem casting a soft rose glow over her light purple fur as she slipped out of sight.

"...I can't let her down this time..." Tomio's sigh in dismay as he remembered what happened last year. Ensuring no one was watching, he slunk near a hole in the green carpet, rummaging around briefly before finding a plain red pouch on a string. "We won't need to steal this time..."

Slipping the sling over his neck, he concealed the touch under his yellow ribbon, just as Suishou poked through the door.

"Ready to go?" Suishou smiled warmly.

The two headed to the door. Tomio effortlessly leapt up to twist the handle, the door opened with a swish as the two walked out, Suishou's twin tails wrapped around Tomio's.
