Btw, not all the moves in the story 'follow' the final type attack for it, I go with the best suited attack element I think is suitable for the story.

Bio: (prologue) Wes is a happy go lucky kid that lived with his pokemon, although he was kicked out of his home by his father, he tried to make the best he could out of himself, and never found a place to stay the night other than the occasional Pokemon Centre.

One day, Wes was discovered by Cipher, who offered him a warm meal and a place to sleep in return for doing a little work for them, and so, Wes went join team Snatchum without truly knowing what he was getting himself into...

(Main Story) In the 3 years he was a member of Team Snatchum, he rose through the ranks and is now a 2nd class grunt; he's allowed to use his own pokemon and matured into a skilled trainer, still, even after so long, each day is still as taxing on his spirit as the first time he truly worked for them.

Bio: Seth is a man of few words, and efficiently performs whatever task he's given. its unknown why he joined team Snatchum, but he was working for them for 7 years, and when Wes joined, Seth quickly became a sort of older brother to him.

Seth himself rejected promotion to become an Executive several times, as he himself said "I'm the type of guy that's just good a following orders, not giving them."
